ensuring a seamless new user journey. Collaborate with Product and UX to refine onboarding flows, increase conversion and reduce churn. Implement A/B and multivariate testing to optimize user experiences, conversion and ROI. Marketing Analytics & Attribution Own analytics frameworks and attribution models to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, channels, and product-led growth efforts. Leverage data insights to optimize spend, forecast results, and inform strategic decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to develop a cohesive growth plan that aligns with product roadmaps and go-to-market initiatives. Collaborate with Data/Analytics teams to ensure proper instrumentation of events, funnels, and KPIs that reflect user behavior in a PLG environment. Budget & Stakeholder Management Manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support company objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including Product, Sales, and Finance) to align growth efforts with overall company priorities and revenue targets. Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to the executive team. Manage external agencies that support our growth strategy and plans. What we expect from you: 7-10+ years of experience in growth and performance marketing, ideally within SaaS. Proven track record of scaling digital acquisition channels with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency in a high volume PLG or subscription-based environment. Deep understanding of marketing funnels, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization best practices, especially for free-trial funnels. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and attribution modeling for subscription or recurring revenue models. Exceptional leadership skills, with experience building and motivating high-performing teams. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a history of building strong cross-functional relationships Strong experience in full-funnel optimization, including acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion within a SaaS or subscription-based business. Expert with ad management platforms and analytics tools. Strong executive presence.
