TechStyle Fashion Group - Fabletics Retail is currently looking for a Store Associate for our Fabletics Retail Store in Scottsdale, AZ.

As a Store Associate, you will provide a best-in-class retail experience, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enable seamless shopping between our website and stores. You will work alongside the Store Manager, store supervisors, and a team of personable associates to help our Customers Live their Passion. We seek a self-motivated, energetic individual comfortable engaging with the public.

Responsibilities

• Embodies our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to Live their passion.
• Actively engages customers with knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drives customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicates inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintains store merchandising guidelines to make shopping easy and add value.
• Provides feedback to the Store Manager for business improvements.
• Strives to meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintains personal sales and achieves sales goals.
• Follows safety and security standards, reporting potential issues.
• Unpacks inventory boxes weighing 10-30 lbs as needed.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities like Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, employees, and partners.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Positive attitude, energetic, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator, able to multi-task and prioritize.
• Flexible with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move, stand, and reach for extended periods.
• Applicants must be 18 or older.
