UX Designer
• Summary Of Position
We are looking for a driven User-Exerperience professional with enterprise product experience to enhance our security offerings. Our UX Designer role will create and manage the UX/UI roadmap for our portfolio of products to improve usability for our install base. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working with cross-functional teams, partners and customers to solicit UX feedback, prioritize updates, create required designs, and drive execution of improvements.
• Responsibilities:
o Design and improve the overall user experience for enterprise digital products, ensuring accessibility, usability, and satisfaction.
o Schedule and conduct UX research with internal and external to gather insights and identify user needs and pain points.
o Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
o Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet business goals and user needs.
o Present and defend design decisions based on user research, design principles, and industry best practices.
o Stay up-to-date with the latest UX research, tools, and technologies.
o Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure product consistency.
o Ensure compliance with applicable accessibility standards and practices.

• Skills and Qualifications:
o Bachelors Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
o 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
o Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
o Experience with user testing, research, and analysis methods, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
o Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG, Section 508, etc.
o Knowledge of inclusive design practices.
o Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
o bility to work effectively in a remote team and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
o Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS Frameworks (e.g. React/Angular) and other web technologies is a plus.
