Overview
Lead the development and maintenance of workflows and tools for avatar creation. Collaborate closely with art, engineering, user-experience, product management, and other teams to develop content in modern real-time environments. Design, manage, and maintain the content pipeline from asset creation through deployment. Innovate and solve issues quickly with cross-functional teams. Foster collaboration and iteration based on the team's evolving needs. Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in game development or the tech industry as a Technical Artist. Proficiency in Python. Expertise in character rigging technologies. Familiarity with DCC tools such as Maya. Proven collaboration skills with multi-disciplinary teams. Experience in real-time asset implementation and optimization techniques. Effective communication skills across team members, including engineers, artists, and production staff. Experience in building tools, plug-ins, and designing workflows for content production. Preferred Qualifications
Comprehensive understanding of building content for real-time performance. Experience with building creator tooling. Knowledge of emerging technologies. $130,000/year to $180,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
