Overview
We are looking for a Content Audience & Insights Lead with proven success and experience developing data-driven strategies and overseeing execution to build audiences for entertainment content across platforms. This role is within Metaverse Content Platform organization, and will partner closely with multiple content, analytics/insights, and marketing teams across Meta brands and products. This role’s work and execution combines content insights with execution of audience growth strategies that will directly support an exciting and innovative programming slate across key entertainment verticals including Sports, Music, TV/Film, and more. The role will lead insights projects and strategy execution to build audiences and engagement on high priority content programs to ensure the success of entertainment content in Meta’s metaverse products.
Required Skills:
Content Audience & Insights Lead Responsibilities:
Interface with content leads and content producers to understand, compile, and prioritize insights needs for the Entertainment category and specific content titles across Sports, Music, TV/Film content.
Work with multiple internal and external analytics partners to gather and generate analysis, studies, and research to address key business needs to inform content investments and development decisions.
Communicate and translate complex data analysis and research findings into compelling and clear strategy presentations and executive reviews to convert insights into takeaways and strategy recommendations.
Collaborate to develop shared strategy, positioning, and measurement frameworks for entertainment content releases.
Partner with Product Marketing Management and other multiple marketing teams to integrate marketing campaign needs into content development processes.
Liaison between Content Producers, Product Marketing Managers and other marketing teams to connect priority content releases with content marketing campaigns and cross-functional work streams helping manage cross-functional relationships, define milestones, and direct teams to effectively execute campaigns.
Lead cross-functional meetings and process to inform and guide key stakeholders across Content, Marketing, Legal, Public Relations, and Communications that are supporting content launches.
Detail and communicate partner requirements, asset needs, and other partnership strategies to be contemplated as part of the deal negotiation phases
Develop and direct new ways to build community and audience engagement in virtual worlds around our content throughout the year.
Set up framework and manage post mortems for high priority launches to assess impact and strategy of overall promotional campaigns
Develop scalable solutions and processes to support the promotion of the entire content slate in addition to priority launches
Address immediate business needs for content promotion as well as setting a long-term strategy for this function on the team
Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years of relevant work experience in content strategy, content insights, audience development, and/or content marketing for entertainment content across platforms
Experience analyzing data at the business level and translating it to team level goals, creating clear direction, and collaborating across teams on successful execution
Effective leadership and proven experience to direct and guide cross-functional teams towards shared goals and objectives
Experience developing, leading, and executing launch strategies to maximize effectiveness across a variety of different channels
Communication and decision-making skills for complex projects, highly reliable and organized
Informed understanding of digital/social media landscape

Experience of briefing and managing content partners and external agencies for research, insights, or promotional partnerships and services
Well versed in the current Entertainment landscape, and consumer trends
Experience developing digital strategies, resources and collateral for Media (bonus if in VR, MR, Metaverse space)
Public Compensation:
$159,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
