Feldesman Leifer LLP, a federal grants and regulatory law firm, is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our Washington, DC office. The Marketing Coordinator will support the Firm’s growing practice groups and Training department. This position will work closely with attorneys, administrators, other firm staff, and outside consultants. General Marketing: Design, create, and execute email and social media marketing campaigns for the Firm’s product lines and service areas, including Training offerings. Identify and promote Firm news and recent blog posts, on social media, including drafting copy and creating images. Maintain and catalog all Firm related marketing materials, including attorney photos, biographies, videos, and ads. Track analytics for all marketing initiatives ( e.g. , website, referral sources, email open rates, print ads, etc. ) Assist with responses to RFPs/RFIs including coordinating with attorneys on content, creating timelines for completion and formatting proposals for final submission. Create and maintain a Firm RFP/experience database. Create, develop, and produce Firm promotional materials to include flyers, brochures, advertisements, invitations, signage, posters, banners, PowerPoint presentations, and other marketing collateral. Serve as the point person for all logo requests including purchases for Firm’s SWAG, coordination with organizations for sponsorship advertisements, etc. Oversee marketing interns and task assignments. Website: Assist with updates to the Firm’s website and provide technical assistance as needed. Liaise with the Firm’s website provider including assisting with the creation of new website pages and designs. submit program advertisements, confirm sponsorship payment, distribute event tickets and ensure full attendance, and promote as necessary and appropriate). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism or related field required. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a professional services setting. Possesses strong writing and editing skills. Comfortable working in an environment with quickly shifting priorities and deadlines. Data-driven; skilled at gathering and analyzing data, evaluating solutions and alternatives, and making recommendations. Experienced in developing and tracking social media campaigns on major platforms. High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and PhotoShop), Canva, Constant Contact, and WordPress. Video editing, infographic, and video animation skills are not required but are a plus. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other analytics and SEO tools and platforms.
