Job Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Administrator with excellent organizational and communication skills, specializing in lead management and administrative support. In this entry-level role, you will be essential in facilitating seamless communication between our marketing team and potential clients. As the first point of contact for many prospects, strong phone communication and data entry skills are a must. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain firsthand experience in marketing administration while contributing to our lead generation efforts and sales process.
Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Communication:
o Answer incoming marketing-related phone calls and provide professional, informative responses.
o Qualify leads based on established criteria and accurately enter lead information into our CRM system.
o Proactively contact potential leads via phone and email to nurture interest and gather information.
o Serve as the first point of contact for prospect inquiries, directing them to the appropriate sales team member.
o Maintain clear and consistent communication with prospects throughout the initial stages of the sales funnel.
Administrative Support:
o Manage and organize marketing-related data, including lead lists, contact information, and campaign results.
o Provide general administrative support.
o Prepare and distribute marketing materials as needed.
o Assist with the creation and maintenance of marketing databases.
o Process and track marketing-related paperwork and reporting.
CRM Management:
o Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the CRM system.
o Help maintain the integrity of the CRM database.
First Line Support:
o Work as a first line of support for basic questions regarding lead inquiries and company information.
o Route more complex questions to the correct department.
Other Duties:
o Perform other administrative and marketing-related duties assigned, including email marketing, social media, and website support.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
• Excellent phone communication and people skills.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A positive and professional demeanor.
