Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as: Position Grünenthal’s strategy and the company’s transformational journey for external and internal audiences and ensure convincing storytelling for key stakeholders Serve as business partner for Grünenthal’s Head of Corporate Strategy and the CFO and provide strategic and actionable communications council Partner with the Commercial Organisation and the Chief Commercial Officer to support selected strategic initiatives with impactful communication Build a comprehensive communication strategy and execution plan Create engaging content across internal and external channels, including town hall meetings, leadership roadshows, the intranet, videos, the annual report, social media, and traditional media Support the strategy, planning, and evaluation process of Grünenthal’s communication team What you'll bring to the table To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have: Extensive experience in specialized communication including e.g. M&A, financial transactions, strategy communications, change Experience both in external and internal communication A combination of strategic and hands-on experience in consultancies and/or in-house roles Proven expertise in delivering and executing impactful communication strategies Agility and ability to pivot in a dynamic business environment Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and influencing skills, working across all hierarchy levels Strong in both strategic thinking with an enterprise mindset and hands-on execution demonstrating accountability Strong understanding of corporate strategies and proven business acumen Ability to translate business strategy and financial results into a compelling narrative University Degree Fluency in Business English, additional language skills (esp.
