Position Description: The IMSCC Coordinator, under the supervision of the Director of Adult & Community Education, provides for program development, program management, and instructional oversight for the Instrumental Music School of Carlisle & Concord (IMSCC) programs. General Duties and Responsibilities: *Works with the Director to recruit, hire, and supervise all IMSCC faculty in accordance with CCRSD policies. *Coordinates registration for Fall, Winter-Spring and Summer registrations and communicates with faculty to ensure student schedules are given priority based on the order of registration. *Manages student registrations and invoices in CCACE computer-based registration system. *Manages new student requests and pairs families with IMSCC faculty. *Monitors IMSCC enrollments to ensure students are paid in full, all lessons are completed each semester, and assessed any additional fees for added lessons. *Ensures progress reports are completed annually. *Communicates regularly with faculty to ensure lessons are completed according to schedule. *Monitors and assesses overall instruction and programming for quality and student satisfaction. *Enters requisitions and submits invoices, as well as prepares payroll for payment for all IMSCC related expenses. *Coordinates use of facilities for the program together with the school music directors at Concord and Carlisle schools. *Promotes the IMSCC program within the school and throughout the community. *Provides General Office Support *Attends weekly staff meeting with Director and other Coordinators. *Assists the other Coordinators and Director during peak registration periods, including interacting with customers and answers the phone. *Other duties as assigned *The Coordinator may work additional hours instructing students.
