As the Product Designer at Neon, you'll craft intuitive, delightful experiences that bridge the gap between gaming and web commerce. You'll work directly with our team to shape our product from the ground up, with significant autonomy and impact. What You'll Do Design and build a best-in-class ecommerce platform specifically tailored for the games industry Craft seamless experiences that extend mobile game design languages to web interfaces Develop and scale our design system as we grow Create rapid prototypes, demos, and other go-to-market assets for customer presentations Design enterprise-grade dashboard experiences with complex workflows Collaborate closely with engineering to build pragmatic, implementable solutions What We're Looking For 4+ years of product design experience in technical product spaces (fintech, ecomm) Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work Experience designing ecommerce, payments, or marketplace products Deep understanding of and ability to quickly develop on gaming aesthetics and UI patterns Track record of building and scaling design systems Experience with enterprise dashboard design and complex user permissions Ability to create quick, high-quality prototypes Strong documentation and communication skills You'll Thrive Here If You're energized by early-stage company environments You take ownership and find ways to contribute beyond your core role You're pragmatic and comfortable working with technical constraints You're focused on execution and shipping great work as a key individual contributor Interview Process Portfolio review and initial conversation with our Product lead Design exercise: Translating a sample mobile game to an out-of-app webshop Team culture fit and collaboration discussions Final conversation with CEO Neon is building the future of gaming commerce.
