Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist for a hybrid role based in NYC. This position involves close collaboration with the national advertising and strategic partnerships teams to provide data-driven insights and strategic guidance.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about utilizing data to inform business decisions and demonstrate a high level of curiosity and commitment to delivering valuable solutions in a dynamic environment. Industry experience is a plus but not required.
Schedule: Hybrid
Pay: Salary range $105,000 - $120,000. Bonus potential annually.
Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist Responsibilities:
- Data and Analytics Management: Oversee all data and analytics related to advertising and content partnership digital media plans, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Campaign Evaluation and Reporting: Collaborate with the advertising and partnerships teams to ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of reporting on digital media campaigns and partnership content programs. Evaluate campaign performance against established KPIs.
- Ongoing Optimizations: Drive continuous improvements and provide actionable recommendations to optimize advertising activities, ensuring the team and company thrive.
- Vendor and Partner Coordination: Work closely with vendor partners to ensure deliverables are met, and that the company’s strategic and analytical goals are supported.
- Data Integrity and Analysis: Conduct thorough technical reviews and analysis of digital media plans, ensuring data integrity across internal and external reporting dashboards. Take ownership of all campaign data from planning to execution and performance review.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Support the successful execution of cross-team projects and provide thought leadership to enhance overall team performance.
- Technology Evaluation: Continuously assess new technologies and industry tools, ensuring the adoption of relevant solutions to improve the client’s media strategies.
- Research and Innovation: Regularly research new opportunities, potential partners, and market metrics to expand the company’s digital capabilities.
Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in analytics for media, media planning, or digital advertising.
- Technical Skills: Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong experience and understanding of major digital reporting tools and media dashboards.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. Skilled with digital media KPIs such as CTR, VCR, etc.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Creative Problem Solving: Ability to think creatively and independently in an ambiguous environment, with a passion for data and analytics.
- Digital Advertising Knowledge: Familiarity with social platform advertising and promotion, as well as associated metrics, is preferred.
