TITLE/ROLE: Technical Writer, Batch Release Project
AREA: GMP Operational QA
GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
The Technical Writer is responsible for working independently as part of a project team, with self-coordination with the SMEs working on the disposition project to develop and align document hierarchy strategies, perform document changes, and coordinate with training to develop the relevant training content. The employee will need to work across functional areas, geographies, and time zones to engage with SMEs. The Tech Writer will need to coordinate with our VDocs (DMS) Ghost Writer to ensure the workflows are created appropriately and on time and then will need to coordinate review/comment resolution/approval of the workflows. The project is currently tracking 46 documents that need to be revised, combined, or obsoleted as a result of the project.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 days remote/week
Contract Duration: End of March to mid-July
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific or English discipline or relevant comparable background

- Knowledge of applications:
- Veeva Documentation Management Systems
- MS Office
Pay Range
$58-$63/HR
