Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and maintain SOPs for the proofreading process
- Ensure all labeling meets regulatory, corporate, and production specifications on time
- Perform manual and automated proofreading for accuracy, regulation adherence, clarity, and brand consistency
- Check vendor proofs against approved documents for accuracy

Required Skills & Experience
Associates degree
Familiarity with corporate, regulatory, and global labeling guidelines (ISO, PAL, etc.)
Experience with MadCap Flare, Author It, Maps XD, Author It, Adobe FrameMaker, or Tridian Docs
Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
Experience in a regulated industry, preferably the medical device industry
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Foreign language skills
Bachelors degree
