Overview
Purpose of the Team: This team is responsible for working with law enforcement agencies, ingest and disposition the data received and then provide data back to law enforcement. The other side of the team owns systems that are used in investigations for digital threats.
Key projects: This role is a technical writer that can work closely with engineers, or review transcripts of conversations with engineers, and convert those to troubleshooting guides or other relevant knowledge base articles.
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 30% collaborating with software engineers and other technical team members, 30% ensuring all documentation is accurate up to date, 30% reviewing and editing existing documentation and then 10% meetings.

Excellent written and verbal communication, strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely, proficiency in using documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Word
