This role will work from one of our North America offices and report directly to the Global Partner Marketing Lead. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving Adyen’s growth by building and executing a high-impact partner marketing strategy aligned with both our organizational objectives and partnership goals. Your role will consist of three key areas of focus: Co-Marketing, Enablement & Commercial Engine Integration. The ideal candidate has experience in a strategic B2B marketing role, has an entrepreneurial mindset and loves to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for defining joint value propositions, creating collateral and campaign materials, and defining co-marketing programs together with 3-5 of Adyen’s most prioritized partnerships, ensuring close alignment of priorities with other commercial teams. This is a global role, where you empower local markets around the world in 20+ offices. Responsibilities include owning the marketing relationship for prioritized Adyen partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing tailored enablement resources, serving as the main point of contact for NA partnership leaders, monitoring and reporting on marketing initiatives, supporting the growth of Adyen’s Partner Program through scalable enablement frameworks, and integrating partners into NA based pillar specific and market-driven GTM motions. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in partner marketing focused on revenue growth through co-marketing campaigns, strong influencing skills, proven experience delivering successful marketing campaigns, a data-driven mindset, and be fluent in English. The role is office-first based in San Francisco or New York with 20%+ travel required. Seniority level
