Key Responsibilities Recognized as an expert in one or more semiconductor unit processes. Drives roadmap for the development of digital tools that differentiate service delivery. Drives field technical and customer engagement for digital tools adoption. 10+ years of marketing experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally with front end fab equipment. Responsible for developing value messaging and marketing collateral for AIx analytics platform to accelerate service business growth. Directs and controls the conversion of technical trends into useful information for presentation at technical review workshops and executive reviews. Applies expert industry knowledge and commercial awareness to drive penetration and adoption of diverse and complex product strategies. Identifies customer adoption barriers and drives a plan to overcome them (e.g., customer, product, business unit). Executes the mapping of trends, opportunities, and threats to roadmap and strategies. Extensive contact with sales, business development, and the field is required. Requires up to 30% travel. Functional Knowledge Regarded as a technical expert with broad experience in semiconductor unit processes and basic product development best practices. Experience using analytics tools to solve complex hardware issues. Can translate technical requirements into market requirements documents. Demonstrates in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in the development of both hardware and software products. Leadership Leads through subordinate managers of managers; executes segment/functional business plans and contributes to the development of segment/functional strategy. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
