RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Project Manager / Designer to join our client
s team in St. Louis Missouri. In this role you will leverage your technical expertise and project management skills to successfully lead and deliver civil engineering projects throughout the St. Louis region. Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects from initial planning and design through construction and closeout.
Collaborate with Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors to coordinate project needs costs and design.
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to lay out and design civil improvements including grading drainage and utilities.
Prepare comprehensive construction plans and other required documents for permitting and construction.
Develop and manage project budgets track costs and prepare accurate cost estimates.
Handle client correspondence ensuring effective communication and project accountability.
Prepare detailed reports and technical specifications.
Conduct site investigations and provide construction oversight.
Ensure compliance with all applicable codes regulations and industry standards including those specific to the St. Louis Metro area and MSD.
Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
Familiarity with the St. Louis Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) is essential.
Strong knowledge of St. Louis Metro area design and submittal procedures.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.

REQUIRED Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. Must be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Missouri or within 6 months or less of taking the licensure exam. Proven experience in storm water hydraulics and hydrology design. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software. Experience working with private client projects, including development projects such as warehouses, business parks, schools, commercial and retail spaces, and residential developments. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. PREFERRED Familiarity with St. Louis area communities\' and MSD submittal procedures. Experience with project management and budgeting.
