Position: Analyst Video Conferencing
Location: Hershey, PA, 17033
Duration: 6 Months

Job Responsibilities:
Summary: In addition to daily work of supporting AV equipment/projects which would include Conference Rooms/Phones and other AV Equipment, this individual would assist in producing and delivering cinematic video content, ensuring compliance to corporate standards, overall adherence to budget and process guidelines, and the continual improvement of team capabilities. These individuals would assist in event planning and coordination of equipment, sound mixing and compression output and distribution of a wide range of products, and performs other related duties as assigned. Works in collaboration with internal customers and vendors as well as crossfunction teams to produce a variety of video products for broadcasting, compression output, webcasting, video streaming, and digital distribution Ability to operate small multi-camera configuration and portable live studio setups; operates video switching, character generation and digital video effects equipment, edit controllers, cameras, hard disk video recorders, and audio mixers; sets up and adjusts studio lighting. Researches trends and makes recommendations to department for software and equipment purchases. Communicates technical information in non-technical terms; conducts field based video production which involves interacting with clients and operating all portable video and audio equipment. Plans and performs video post-production tasks which includes reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, video transcoding, rough cuts, audio adjustment, color correction, and final editing using Vegas Pro. Utilizes computer graphics and special effects for video post-production in accordance with the overall production concepts; compresses video projects for output; captures recorded video using software and encode media as appropriate. Makes video products available in a variety of formats including DVDs or streaming media files; publishes, organizes, and optimize media for different digital technology interfaces as needed. Support A/V enabled meetings - Provide support for Webex, Skype and Teams meetings and associated Telepresence and Polycom video-conferencing equipment. ---40% Live Broadcast - Broadcast "Town Hall" internal employee meetings over Skype Live Broadcast, Streamor Webex--- 20% Conference room installation/upgrades - Provide ongoing maintenance for conference room audio and video equipment. --- 40% Dimensions:

Interacts routinely with senior leadership. Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities: Please list only those requirements which are job specific and which will ultimately be necessary for successful job performance. Experience with producing live and on-demand video events. Ability to edit and produce quality video of company meetings for internal use. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with individuals at all levels of the organization. Must demonstrate ability to interact with other technical teams, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, plan for dependencies and deliver quality audio/video experiences. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Experience:
3-5 years of experience with audio visual technology. Knowledge of audio and video equipment (Cisco, Polycom, Crestron, ClearOne, Shure, Barco).
