Job Description : We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to create awareness and adoption of GPU-based EC2 instances. They will be responsible for assisting with service launch, sales enablement, content, and customer advocacy. We need them to have both strong marketing and project management skills.
Duties:
Overall Project Management:
Give weekly/twice-a-week updates on all action items to hiring manager. Maintain an up-to-date project tracker, ensuring that 100% of deliverables are completed on time.
Service launch: This team member will be provided with a messaging framework for the service to be launched. Based on that, they are expected to drive the following launch items with the internal launch marketing team, ensuring completion within each individual target date (they vary and will be communicated in the launch ticket):
Whats New Post : Take the messaging framework and turn it into Clients What’s New Post – work with relevant stakeholders to get feedback and team for staging. Web page : Take the messaging framework and turn it into web page based (examples will be provided) incorporating stakeholders feedback as needed. Work with web team to get it staged for launch. News Blog : Follow up with stakeholders to ensure they get their feedback in, make sure that blog writer addresses the feedback. Animated Explainer video : Work with leaders on an explainer script and then with an external agency to bring it to life. Drive the PO process with partner team as needed. Podcast : Work with lead to create a webinar flow/Q-A doc for the launch and then work with those teams and chosen guests to set it up. Social : Follow up with social team on launch posts, provide feedback based on messaging framework and any input from leaders. Drive the process to secure funds for boosting from the partner team as needed. Sitemerch : Work with stakeholders to decide on placements required and then create the required copy for sitemerch per character count requirements.
Sales enablement:
Work on submitting monthly updates to field newsletters and slack channels for the launches. Follow up with relevant stakeholders to update first call deck as required based on messaging framework.
Content:
Drive content for post-launch service-related blogs – at least 1 per launch. Work with partner team and manager to generate ideas for blogs, find internal authors to write them and then project manage the content creation and publication process.
Customer Advocacy:
Actively try to find customers that are willing to do blogs, case studies or testimonials (at client events). Work with partner marketing on customer advocacy – using partner suggested customer leads and driving conversations with and following up with the account managers. Once identified, drive engagement with external agency to produce case study and testimonial assets (when applicable). In case of publishing client blog, drive that with the internal blog teams.

Salary Range: $75,000-$150,000 annually
