We are seeking a project-based Creative Director to help plan a high-profile, multi-platform campaign for an upcoming corporate takeover event at the Sphere. This role is a limited-term engagement focused entirely on driving all creative aspects of this landmark event—from strategy and concept to execution—across the Exosphere, media plane, experiential activations, and beyond. The ideal candidate is a hands-on creative leader with deep experience developing compelling brand experiences across digital, physical, and immersive platforms. You will be instrumental in shaping a cohesive, innovative campaign that positions our client at the forefront of technology and culture during its takeover of the Sphere. What will you do? Direct and execute all creative elements of the takeover campaign alongside a team of Creative Directors and a show director, ensuring a bold, unified vision across the Exosphere, media plane, on-site experiential activations, and social platforms. Curate and develop compelling content for the Exosphere’s massive LED canvas, optimized for viral moments and real-time audience engagement. Lead ideation and content development across campaign touchpoints—from experiential visuals to high-impact brand storytelling. Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to develop campaign strategy and messaging. Leverage market trends, pop culture, and tech innovation to inform campaign direction and maximize cultural relevance. Drive creative alignment and excellence across all deliverables, ensuring the event’s quality and impact match the scale of the Sphere. Guide a team of art directors and designers supporting the project. Present ideas to senior leadership and external partners with clarity, confidence, and vision. What do you need to succeed? 5+ years of Creative Director-level experience developing and executing brand campaigns and events at scale, ideally in experiential and digital-first environments. Proven success in delivering immersive campaigns with multiple content streams and platforms. Demonstrated expertise in CG and motion design pipelines; real-time or live-action experience a strong plus. Strong conceptual thinking paired with hands-on design and storytelling skills. Experience overseeing large-scale experiential activations and branded environments. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities; able to pitch creative vision to internal and external stakeholders. Strategic mindset with the ability to pivot quickly and problem-solve in a dynamic campaign environment. Advanced proficiency in design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Keynote, and/or 3D tools. Ability to manage fast-paced creative timelines, multi-disciplinary teams, and high-impact brand moments.
