Who We Are
At Will Leather Goods, we don’t just make leather goods—we craft pieces with purpose, designed to tell stories and stand the test of time. Rooted in Oregon, inspired by the West, and built with soul, our brand blends heritage craftsmanship with a spirit of adventure.
We’re looking for a hands-on visual storyteller—someone who can capture the rugged beauty and refined detail of our products, from clean studio shots to lifestyle imagery that feels lived-in, real, and distinctly Will.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for all brand photography—studio and lifestyle. This means shooting our products (bags, belts, hats, and more) on white for e-commerce and wholesale while also conceptualizing and executing lifestyle shoots that bring our Californian aesthetic to life. You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce visual content that’s as soulful and well-built as the goods we make.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Shooting all product photography (studio-on-white) for web, catalog, and wholesale use
- Participate in the planning and run the execution of lifestyle shoots—from road trips to studio sessions
- Editing and retouching to deliver consistent, color-accurate, high-impact images
- Maintaining and evolving our in-house studio setup (lighting, gear, backdrop)
- Collaborating with marketing to align imagery with seasonal campaigns and product drops
- Organizing and managing a clean digital asset library for internal and external use
- Helping shape the visual voice of the brand across web, social, and print
What You Bring
- A sharp eye for both clean product detail and soulful brand storytelling
- 3+ years of photography experience—studio, lifestyle, and brand work preferred
- A portfolio that shows you know how to light a product, frame a moment, and capture a vibe
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and color correction for leather and textiles
- Ability to manage shoots from start to finish—location scouting, styling, editing
- Familiarity with our kind of aesthetic: American West-inspired, natural, adventurous, real
- Bonus points if you dabble in video, stop-motion, or short-form content
What We Offer
- Necessary gear and studio support provided
- A passionate, fast-moving team that values creativity, craft, and storytelling
