About the Role:

• We are seeking experienced UX designers to join our Customer Solutions team in building end-to-end digital experiences for customer-facing healthcare products and services.
• Designers will be embedded into squads focusing on key areas such as Women's Health, Personalized Medicine, and First Contact Navigation.

Responsibilities:

• Design digital experiences for native mobile, desktop, and responsive platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including research, product, engineering, and marketing
• Drive alignment and collaboration across design workstreams - Provide expertise in UX strategy and visual design
• Create design rationale and advocate for customers
• Support teams shaping the future of healthcare

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Figma
• Experience designing end-to-end complex, customer-facing digital experiences
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work
• Experience in UX Content Writing and AI conversational design for First Contact Navigation position
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Driven by empathy and motivated to impact the healthcare experience
• Ability to work within a well-established design eco-system and contribute to its evolution

Location Expectations:

• Candidates should be located in North (DFW) or Central (Austin) Texas, with an expectation to come into the office on Tuesdays.
• Travel may be required for those living outside of DFW.
• Proximity to service areas for onsite visits within hospitals, clinics, and homes is preferred.

Pay Range:
$35 - $39hr
