We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial-minded individual to become a Farmers Insurance Agency Producer in the Leander area. As an Agency Producer, you will have the opportunity to learn under a quality agent, while being supported by one of the most recognized and respected brands in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute your sales tactics
2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and community members
4. Market and promote Farmers Insurance products and services to potential clients
5. Support agency growth
6. Collaborate with other Farmers Insurance agents and leaders to share best practices and drive overall success in our agency

Requirements:

1. Driven mindset with a passion for sales and customer service
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and community members
4. Proven track record of achieving sales goals
5. Previous experience in insurance sales or related field preferred, but not required
6. Ability to assimilate to a successful team
7. Must be licensed to sell insurance in the state of Texas or willing to obtain licenses

Pay: $50,000-$75,000 per year

Supplemental Pay:
