Add expected salary to your profile for insights **Responsibilities** **Qualifications**Minimum Qualification: 1.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. 2.5+ years experience working in large, matrixed organizations. 3.Strong experience in end to end project management. 4.Extremely clear written and verbal communication. 5.Experience working adjacent to or within an advertising policy ecosystem. 6.Ability to quantitatively rationalize decision-making. 7.Understanding of the dynamics between users, advertisers, and advertising policies. 8.Deep understanding of the digital landscape and passionate around the TikTok product. Preferred Qualifications: 1.Proven experience with creative advertising policies, advertising standards, or a related field.
