Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) in underwriting, compliance, risk management, and operations to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation. Ensure all documentation aligns with company policies and regulatory standards for non-QM lending requirements. Continuously review and revise documents to reflect changes in policies, guidelines, and industry best practices. Translate complex mortgage concepts and procedures into easy-to-understand materials for internal teams, including loan officers, processors, and underwriters. Support training and onboarding efforts by providing well-structured documentation for new hires and existing staff. Manage version control and maintain a central repository for all documents to ensure accessibility and consistency. Requirements
