As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as a UX Designer. Job Description: We are looking for a talented and motivated UX Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing design team. This role focuses on designing and enhancing user experiences for B2C web applications, ensuring intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences for consumers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless interactions that drive user satisfaction and business success. Core Competencies: B2C User Research & Analysis:
Ability to conduct research tailored to consumer audiences, understanding behavioral patterns and engagement drivers. Wireframing & Prototyping:
Proficiency in designing user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to validate design concepts. Interaction & Visual Design:
Understanding of interaction principles and visual design best practices to create engaging and intuitive web experiences. Collaboration & Communication:
Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, articulating design rationale and advocating for the user. Attention to Detail:
Ensuring consistency and usability across all design elements to enhance the consumer experience. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with UX Research to understand the behaviors, motivations, and pain points of consumer users. Collaborate on user personas, user journeys, and experience maps tailored to B2C web applications. Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that align with user needs and business objectives. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create engaging user experiences. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics. Stay up to date with UX best practices, emerging trends, and competitive B2C market dynamics. Assist in maintaining and evolving design systems to ensure a cohesive user experience across web applications. Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with user and business goals. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in UX design, preferably with experience in B2C web applications. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows optimized for consumer-facing products. Familiarity with designing for mobile-first and responsive web applications. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web accessibility best practices is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A portfolio showcasing UX design work, preferably including B2C web applications.
