A health services network in Rhode Island is currently seeking an experienced Marketing professional to join their staff as in Providence as their new Director of Marketing. About the Opportunity: Schedule: 3 days onsite, flexible choice of days Setting: Healthcare / Nonprofit Responsibilities: The Director, Donor Marketing will be responsible for: Leading a team of marketing professionals to drive donor engagement and acquisition Translating enterprise donor engagement directives into actionable plans at the divisional level Collaborating with enterprise and divisional teams to implement targeted marketing campaigns Evaluating campaign performance and proposing necessary adjustments Optimizing media relationships and expenditures to support strategic objectives Collaborating with corporate communications on media communication strategies Evaluating the effectiveness of local advertising opportunities and partnerships Qualifications: 10 years of Marketing experience Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations •Experience managing a small team of marketers Experience in Pharma, Blood Donor, other Donor, or Hospital Marketing Experience managing a small team of marketers Experience working with multiple locations and remote teams Strong leadership and management skills Ability to quickly learn and adapt to the blood business
