Job Title: Coordinator, Audio Asset Management
A little bit about our team:
The Audio Asset Management (AAM) group is part of the larger Global Strategic Integration and Operations team focused on delivering and implementing business objectives. Working closely with our global leaders, we are responsible for driving and embedding our global business strategy.
Your role:
You will be part of the Audio Asset Management (AAM) team and acquire and ingest audio for our Global Licensing System. Being able to keep many balls in the air with flawless organization will be critical to your success.
Here you’ll get to:
Research and determine missing audio assets from WCM catalog library to ensure the music is available to use for various creative initiatives and projects (film, tv, licensing).
Review weekly circulars, gather schedule A’s from the ADMIN team, track down lyric sheets.
Upload song and information from circulars into the Monday.com “audio ingestion priority list”.
Research and liaise regularly with labels (big, small and independent) and songwriter Managers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner to obtain audio files and assets.
Coordinate digital delivery of audio assets utilizing file transfer systems such as Aspera and Dropbox.
Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot delivery issues of audio assets.
Notify appropriate team members for song ingestion when assets have been flagged and added to Monday.com.
Partner with our Creative teams for all new writer signings for “Welcome Packet” to ensure completeness (includes artist personal favorites, ideal syncs, favorite brands, etc…).
Other duties will include helping build our songwriter database, gathering high-level press releases and finding memorabilia related to our writers.
About you:
You will be eager to research and learn different catalog artists.
You are a problem solver with the ability to reach out to the right people to eliminate roadblocks and comfortable with ambiguity.
Strong organization, great follow-up and a good track record of creative problem solving.
You won’t be intimidated to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
You won’t mind challenging current workflow/processes and troubleshooting and finding solutions.
You are able to build, maintain and develop relationships with a variety of internal/external stakeholders.
We’d love it if you also had:
1-2 years work experience preferably in a music company.
Knowledge of importing and exporting digital formats and comfortable with tech platforms.
Passion for Music.
Organized, detailed and great communication skills.
Ability to efficiently resolve and work through problems asking the right questions to get to the right solutions.

Salary Range: Hourly Rate: $24.00 - $25.00. Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
