We are seeking a visionary Content Creator & Brand Manager to lead the charge in building our brand as the go-to real estate office for buyers, sellers, and top-performing agents. This role combines creative storytelling, strategic branding, and dynamic social media engagement to enhance our reputation, attract productive agents, and deliver value to our clients. The ideal candidate will be a talented content creator with a knack for branding and a passion for real estate.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Develop and execute daily content ideas, including video, photo, and written content, tailored to engage buyers, sellers, and agents.
- Highlight authentic stories from buyers, sellers, and agents that showcase our office's expertise and unique value.
- Plan and produce compelling marketing materials, including property tours, agent highlights, and client success stories.
- Edit and polish videos and photos to ensure professional quality.
Brand Development
- Help craft and solidify our brand identity as the trusted, go-to real estate office in the region.
- Create branding materials and campaigns that resonate with clients and agents alike.
- Consistently reflect and enhance our office's values, mission, and personality in all content.
Agent Recruitment
- Develop content and campaigns that attract and encourage top-performing agents to join our office.
- Showcase office culture, success stories, and resources available to agents.
- Build, execute, and maintain a robust content calendar across social media, website, and other platforms.
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
- Analyze metrics and adjust strategies to improve content performance and audience engagement.
- Collect and curate client and agent reviews to strengthen our online presence.
- Actively manage the office's reputation across social media, review sites, and local networks.
- Work closely with agents, clients, and leadership to generate ideas, create content, and promote brand initiatives.
- Motivate and coach agents and clients to participate in content creation and branding activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content creation, videography, branding, or related fields (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of branding principles and social media trends.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing and managing content calendars and schedules.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
