Position Summary: The Director, Artistry & Events, N.A. leads the development of North America's Senior & National Artists (SANAs), aligning artistry with commercial priorities. This role oversees all NA Artistry Programs and Events, manages staff, assets, and budgets, and collaborates cross-functionally to drive artistry excellence and brand elevation across channels. Key Responsibilities: Employee Management & Development Employee Growth & Training Artistry Programs & Events Financial Accountability Marketing, Media & Awareness Research & Development Qualifications: Education: 10+ years of Makeup Artistry experience required; professional makeup certification preferred. Skills: Mastery in makeup application, public speaking, training, and customer service Experience coaching individuals and teams Strong communication and presentation skills Creative approach to training and program development Pay Range: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,550.00 to $208,200.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
