Ensure thorough project preparation for The Kiel Group's design team of three designers to guarantee each staging project is ready for installation.
Assist the design team on-site with organization, decor styling, and crew management when the designer is unavailable.
Communicate needs to the scheduler, adhering to agreed-upon deadlines negotiated between sales, scheduling, and the client.
Execute design projects effectively.
Manage the installation crew during transit and on-site.
Assist in completing installations within the designated timeframe (typically 3 to 5 days).
Provide daily feedback and installation requirements to sales and scheduling prior to installation or changes.
Photograph completed projects, including all rooms and products.
Create detailed and organized inventory lists using provided templates, accounting for all installed items.
Manage project close-out for the design team, including organizing project photos, inventory, and updating the online database.
Collaborate with designers to complete required mood boards for client presentations.

Represent the organization to clients with professionalism and integrity.
Adhere to guidelines provided by the Operations Team.
Facilitate the sale of Vesta Inventory from staged homes.
Requirements
Proficient in technology; experience with Google Suite preferred.
Passionate about Design, Interiors, and/or Real Estate.
Demonstrate integrity, trustworthiness, and commitment; serve as a positive role model.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
