The Fountain Groupis a national staffing firm and we are currentlyseeking aSr. Graphic Designer (Packaging) for a prominent clientofours.This position is inEl Segundo, CA 90245.Details for the positionare as follows:
Location: Hybrid – 2 days WFH / 3 days in-office
Pay Rate: $40/hour
Duration: 12-month contract assignment
Hours: Full-time, 9 AM start
What You’ll Do:
4+ years in packaging design
Strong attention to detail & organized file handling
Experience with press checks & production processes
High-quality rendering skills
Excellent layout and mechanical design ability
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and bonus: Adobe Dimension
Experience with TAG, ESKO, or similar artwork review platforms Please include your portfolio and resume with your application.

- Lead the creation of 2D + 3D packaging renderings and mechanicals
- Prepare production-ready files, ensuring accuracy with pantones, foil, and deco treatments
- Develop mood boards and conceptual secondary packaging designs
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and vendors
- Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dimension) – Adobe Dimension is a plus
- Participate in press checks and manage files through TAG and/or ESKO systems
- Deliver error-free work on tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
4+ years in packaging design
