Required Qualifications

• Must have a valid Professional Educator License from Illinois State Board of Education
• Professional Educator License must be registered in Region 07.

Responsibilities Include

• Ability to structure a classroom to maximize student learning
• Must possess effective behavior management skills
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials and provide individualized and small group instruction
• Conduct ongoing assessment of student learning
• Organize and maintain a system of accurate and complete record-keeping, grading, and reporting for all student activities—achievement and attendance
• Must possess effective communication skills with a variety of stakeholders
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the principal
