MARKETING ASSISTANT
The Old Spaghetti Factory has continued to grow for 55 years and we are looking to add a Marketing Assistant to join our team!

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have previous bookkeeping experience (preferred but not required)
- Have any experience as a receptionist (preferred but not required)
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Are able to demonstrate multi-tasking skills
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Have solid work history
- Enjoy working in a fun, family-oriented atmosphere
- Must be self motivated, have excellent time management skills, and have creativity in marketing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining The Old Spaghetti Factory image to a wide audience
- Responsible for promoting The Old Spaghetti Factory to ensure increased guest counts
- Works closely with, and builds a collaborative relationship with the corporate marketing department
- Informs the store managers of any advertising and large events effecting their operations
- Keep contacts and data of weekly duties on the marketing agenda and send this in every Monday to Corporate Marketing
- Call local businesses to promote banquets and catering
- Coordinate and execute key publicity generating events
- Develop positive relationships with the business community
