Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Management
- Execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with brand goals and business objectives.
- Run organic and paid social media efforts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Strategize and implement initiatives to drive follower growth and enhance audience engagement across all social media platforms.
- Plan and manage content calendars for multiple restaurant concepts.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all channels.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
- Support for managing licensee partner accounts
- Manage restaurant listings updates across all digital platforms (Yelp, Google Maps, Google, Apple Maps, and Trip Advisor) via Chatmeter
- Content Creation & Community Engagement
- Lead the creation of visually compelling, high-engagement content, including video, photography, graphics, and copywriting.
- Develop content across owned, earned, and paid social channels, including stories, highlights, tweets, photos, and videos.
- Identify and leverage user-generated content (UGC) to enhance brand authenticity.
- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to customer inquiries, reviews, and messages in a timely manner.
- Work with team members to create a solid branding message reflected across marketing materials, social media content, and internal communications.
- Campaign Execution & Performance Optimization
- Develop, manage, and optimize social ad campaigns to support sales and brand engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, follower growth, conversions, etc.).
- Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and insights, improving content and campaign effectiveness through testing and new initiatives.
- Implement crisis communication strategies as needed for brand reputation management.
- Collaborations & Influencer Marketing
- Lead the influencer marketing program, managing partnerships and coordinating seamless dine-in visits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key initiatives, promotions, and events, including virtual restaurants and off-premises services.
- Budget & Production Oversight
- Develop and oversee the social media budget, allocating resources effectively for boosting posts, running ads, conducting giveaways, and executing internal campaigns.
- Oversee the planning and execution of photo and video shoots to ensure high-quality content aligns with brand standards.
- Stay current with social media trends and tools, including attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts.

- Manage special projects requested by Head of Marketing and Sr. Director of Marketing.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing current best practices.
- Knowledge of social media legal guidelines.
- Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management.
- Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks with changing priorities.
- Passion for food, dining, and hospitality.
Education/Experience:
- 3+ years of social media experience or equivalent exposure to a corporate environment and/or corporate account management experience.
- BA or BS with focus on communication: Advertising/Marketing.
- Advanced knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Power Editor.
- Experience writing, editing and crafting content for the social media platforms, including, but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, X and YouTube,
- Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.) and design software (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Experience with leveraging social media management and analytics tools, including, but not limited to Sprinklr, Spredfast, HootSuite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Raven Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Visible Technologies, Radian 6 and Crimson Hexagon.
- Working knowledge and real-world experience in planning, managing and executing social media initiatives and programs that span owned, earned and paid.
- Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills
