Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Studio Coordinator located in Dallas, TX. The Marketing and Studio Coordinator will be responsible for daily marketing tasks including content creation, social media management, and email marketing campaigns. This role also includes coordinating events and studio activities, managing sales and client communication, and overseeing various projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. The Studio Coordinator is the main point of contact for our clients and staff. Studio Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations (including opening and/or closing the studio) and ensuring all staff members provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open or close the studio depending on shift
- Oversee client attendance, manage inventory, update payment information and announcement boards
- Assist the Studio Management in daily studio tasks and projects
- Assist management with schedule substitution requests for staff
- Train, mentor, and serve as the Lead for Front Desk Associates during shift
- Participate in weekly team meetings
- Responsible for overall studio maintenance including:
- Basic troubleshooting of BarreFormers and Treadmills along with communicating steps taken towards resolution to upper management staff.
- Ensure that all merchandise and supplies are replenished, organized and straightened.
- Greet clients upon arrival and complete the necessary processes including check-ins, new registrations, accepting and reconciling payments, and reviewing class equipment
- Answer emails and phone calls in a professional manner while utilizing resourcefulness and business acumen
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns
- Special projects as assigned which may include:
- Acquire content for Instagram stories daily
- Discover opportunities for The PilatesBarre to be involved in community events
- Represent The PilatesBarre and participate in events on and off-site
Experience and Qualifications
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in Sales and Client Communication
- Event Planning and Project Management abilities
- Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong customer service and social interaction skills demonstrating patience & cooperation
- Passion for fitness and a genuine interest in the care and well-being of clients
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized; Able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Trustworthy; Able to handle confidential information
- Able to work as a member of a cohesive team with all PilatesBarre staff members
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
- Must have the ability to drive sales, retail and payment plans, through customer relations.
- Must be able and willing to travel between studios (University Park and Devonshire locations).
REQUIREMENTS
- Shifts include early mornings and/or evenings and weekends. Holiday availability and weekends required. Must be flexible to stay late and accommodate changes in studio class times.
- FULL-TIME: 40+ hours per week
