Sportsfield Specialties, Inc. (SSI) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and assist in the day-to-day operations of the marketing team. This role is essential for executing marketing campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule content for email marketing, social media, and website updates.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Create and edit content for blog posts, newsletters, social media, and promotional materials.
• Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
• Support the development of visual content using tools.
• Use CRM data to support customer segmentation and personalized marketing campaigns.
• Track and report on campaign performance using CRM analytics.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and external partners to support marketing initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and managing project timelines.

Required Qualifications:

Skills: 

• Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate at all personnel levels.
• Strong personal presence and professional presentation skills.
• Organizational/prioritization skills, including attention to detail.
• Technologically adept and adaptable to changes or advances.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud and/or similar platform required.

Experience/Education:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing support role.
