Incustudio is hiring a Creative Specialist with solid experience in photography and videography living in New Jersey. (real estate experience is welcome but not required). We’re looking for someone creative, detail-obsessed, and passionate about delivering premium-level work to clients. We are a fast-scaling real estate media company based in North New Jersey, delivering high-impact content to real estate professionals. Our services include photography, cinematic video, drone, short-form agent branding content, and more.

What You'll Do

• Capture high-quality photography and video content for property listings and branded client shoots
• Create short-form vertical video for agent marketing and social media
• Communicate directly with clients on-site to ensure satisfaction and provide a smooth experience
• Manage your own schedule, gear, file organization, and delivery timelines
• Receive and implement creative feedback and direction from the Incustudio team
• Stay organized across multiple shoots and fast turnarounds

Why You'll Succeed

• 2–3 years of creative work experience (photography/videography)—any industry
• Passion for visual storytelling and strong technical knowledge of camera gear
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Growth mindset: you welcome feedback and thrive on improvement
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car
• Based within 20 miles of North New Jersey (required)

Bonus Points

• Experience in branded content, studio lighting, flash photography
• Comfort with 3-axis gimbals, mirrorless/DSLR camera systems
• Video editing experience or content repurposing skills

Schedule & Compensation

• 25–40 hours/week, depending on proj

• 45/hour, based on experienceWeekd
• ay shoots between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with some flexibility for evenings/weekendsMilea
