Lead the creation and execution of IJW’s overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand vision across whiskey, tequila, and other emerging product categories. Marketing Campaigns:
Design and implement innovative and engaging marketing campaigns that drive product visibility, consumer acquisition, and brand loyalty across digital, social, and traditional channels. Product Launches:
Oversee the successful launch of new products, ensuring cohesive messaging and positioning within the market. Digital & Social Media Marketing:
Develop and manage digital marketing strategies, leveraging social media, influencer partnerships, and e-commerce to engage new and existing consumers. Consumer Insights & Analytics:
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive insights to refine strategies and drive data-informed decisions that enhance brand performance. Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability. Collaborative Partnerships:
Work closely with the sales and distribution teams to ensure marketing efforts align with commercial objectives, supporting product commercialization in key markets. Budget Management:
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment and impact. Qualifications: 10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for experience in the spirits, beverage, or luxury goods industries. Proven track record of leading successful brand strategies and product launches in both domestic and international markets. Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships. Strong analytical skills, with experience in consumer insights, market research, and data-driven marketing strategies. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external partners. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate vision and strategy to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
