About The Role Cheeky is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Illustrator to help elevate and bring consistency to our brand. This is a senior level position where you will be responsible for creating assets across multiple functions like email, socials, and print packaging. We are a young, fast-growing company, so you will need to be adaptable and eager to learn as requirements evolve. You Will Work On Packaging Art: Creating custom illustrations for our new products, including: Duotone illustrations for our core product line (as seen on our website) Full-color illustrations for cobranded products with major YT and Twitch creators Background illustrations for licensed products with large anime and gaming studios Marketing Materials: Social Assets: Designing assets to promote product launches, promotions, and announcements Email Assets: Transforming marketing messages into well-structured, visually appealing emails You Will Need To Handle Collaboration: Working closely with production, supply chain, brand, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals Feedback and Revisions: Managing feedback loops and making timely adjustments based on team input and consumer insights Project Management: Maintaining timelines, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects with high attention to detail You Have 5+ years of experience in graphic design and/or illustration A portfolio demonstrating ability to draw custom illustrations and design marketing materials Proficiency in software like Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, etc. Ability to manage projects independently Experience or interest in gaming, anime, YouTube, or Twitch culture is important.
