Responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Perform data analysis using SPC, Real-time monitoring methods, and additional sources to monitor and maintain the performance of the process.
• Cross work with other function teams for line problem solving, new technology transfer, and develop the solution for process performance improvement including quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Commit to flexible personal time as needed for abnormal event handling and meetings with TSMC in the Asia time zone.

Requirements:

• BS or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Material Science.
• At least 2+ years of experience working in a high-volume manufacturing semiconductor Fab.

Preferred Requirements:

• CVD, PVD tools experience is preferred.
• Understanding of thin film process knowledge; equipment knowledge and/or integration knowledge is a plus.
• Strong data analysis capability, including commonality check and DOE.
• Multi-tasking and project management skills to balance and follow through with many tasks at once while meeting deadlines.
• Work with Manufacturing, Equipment, and other function teams to achieve quality and capacity goals.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods, primarily while working at a desk, with occasional movement around the facility.
• Frequent use of a computer, which involves looking at screens for extended durations.
• Occasionally required to carry items weighing up to 12 pounds.

Work Location & Schedule:

This position operates on-site at our Camas, Washington location during core business hours, Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm; additional hours may be necessary to meet project demands.

Total Rewards

At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting salary typically ranges between $84,000 and $101,602 per year. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $84,000- $110,840 depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. TSMC’s total compensation package also includes market-competitive pay, profit sharing and incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance.

* This position is also eligible for a Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Bonus depending on various factors.
