Product Marketing Manager, Creative Product
Responsibilities
TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. The North America TikTok Creative team is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for providing inbound, outbound, and operational support throughout the product development lifecycle and ensuring success across key products and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Identify opportunities for product iteration and improvement, and collaborate with the product team to prioritize and create strategic plans that drive product and solution adoption.
- Outbound Marketing: Develop and execute strategic Go-To-Market plans to drive product adoption across key verticals. Create impactful marketing collateral, including pitch decks, product guides, playbooks, and case studies, to support sales enablement and market education.
- Inbound & Research: Lead industry and customer research initiatives, collecting valuable feedback and insights from advertisers to inform product and market strategies.
- Project Management: Demonstrate strong project management skills by collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, sales, creators, partners, and marketing) to address business challenges and develop efficient SOPs.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize strong data analysis skills to identify business opportunities and challenges. Share actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations to the regional client operations team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing or operational roles within advertising, with a solid understanding of digital advertising and the creator economy.
- A proven track record of incubating or launching new products. Experienced in both inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
- Proactive self-starter with strong project management abilities, adept at quickly understanding key contexts, identifying risks, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive results.
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and focused on delivering measurable outcomes.

- Exceptional communicator and team player, skilled in navigating global organizational structures, aligning cross-functional teams, and achieving shared objectives.
- Comfortable with setting ambitious goals, assessing the current landscape, developing actionable strategies, and executing rapid iterations while continuously optimizing processes.
