Job Description
As the Creator Strategist you will work directly with creators to craft personalized strategies that drive GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) on TikTok Shop. You will be the main point of contact for creators, helping them optimize their performance, scale their business, and engage their audiences. This role requires deep knowledge of TikTok, influencer culture, and e-commerce trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for creators, cultivating strong, lasting relationships through regular one-on-one meetings.
- Collaborate with creators to understand their objectives, brainstorm campaign ideas, and execute strategies that deliver maximum results.
- Stay ahead of trends in the TikTok ecosystem, identifying opportunities for creators to take advantage of new features, challenges, and trends.
- Design and implement creator strategies to drive GMV on TikTok Shop through customized campaigns and partnerships.
- Track and analyze creator performance using TikTok analytics data, offering insights and actionable recommendations to improve overall performance.
- Work closely with Affiliate and Live team to ensure campaign goals are met.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in creator partnerships, digital strategy or creator management.
- Ability to build and grow relationships.
- Strong communication both verbal and written.
- E-commerce and TikTok Shop experience is highly suggested for success.
Compensation:
- Temporary to Full Time $70-80K Annually.
- 401K.
- Flexible PTO, Holidays and Paid Sick Leave.
