Frame Amo, a fast-growing premium wall décor brand, is hiring a full-time Multimedia Producer to own content creation across digital channels. From blog posts and YouTube videos to social media and paid ad creative, you’ll be responsible for concepting, producing, and editing compelling content that tells our story, drives performance, and reflects the quality of our products.

Job Title: Multimedia Producer

The Role

As Multimedia Producer, you’ll report directly to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with our Social Media Strategist to bring brand and campaign concepts to life across video, photo, and written formats. You’ll create original content that aligns with strategy, elevates our brand, and performs across channels—from Instagram Reels and YouTube videos to blog articles, web creative, digital ads, and occasional print collateral. You’ll also be a masterful AI prompt generator—using AI tools to turn strategy into scroll-stopping, conversion-driving assets.

Responsibilities

Video & Photo Production

• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for social, web, and paid media (e.g. Reels, TikToks, YouTube, ads).
• Capture compelling photography for marketing campaigns, product features, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Ensure all content meets brand standards, technical requirements, and platform-specific best practices.

Visual Design & Asset Creation

• Design visual assets for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, and occasional print collateral (e.g. flyers, inserts, postcards).
• Support creative needs across departments as needed (e.g. sales decks, signage, trade show materials).

Editorial & Content Development

• Write SEO-friendly blog posts that support organic growth and brand storytelling.
• Contribute to scripting and light copywriting for videos, social, and digital content.
• Use generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, image/video generators) to assist with copy, visuals, and creative ideation.
• Partner with the Social Media Strategist to execute content strategies and campaigns.
• Work with the Marketing Manager to plan timelines, prioritize creative needs, and respond to performance insights.
• Stay on top of trends in content creation, design, and generative AI to continually evolve output and quality.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in content creation, video production, and/or graphic design.
• Exceptional prompting skills—you know how to guide AI tools to deliver refined, on-brand results.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Skilled in shooting and editing for vertical video platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and long-form formats (YouTube).
• Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Solid grasp of SEO principles and experience writing content for web.
• A strong eye for design, storytelling, and pacing across multiple content types.
• Organized, self-sufficient, and able to manage multiple projects from concept to delivery.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
