We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Graphic Specialist for our firm with a passion for creativity, quality, and innovation to join our dynamic company to redefine marketing and advertising with cutting edge concepts and new ways of communicating ideas.

What You’ll Do:

• Create stunning visuals across digital and print platforms, aligning with our brand’s identity and messaging
• Collaborate closely with the company team to produce innovative and engaging design solutions
• Stay ahead of design trends, bringing fresh ideas and concepts to the table.
• Work on a wide range of projects, from promotional materials to event branding, website layouts, and more.
• Vector Based Illustration
• Photo retouching, manipulation, color correcting and archiving
• Video creation and editing as necessary
• Creating effective marketing plans and strategic options for advertising
• Development, and management of marketing campaigns, and analyzing the campaigns to ensure their effectiveness
• Overseeing the company’s social media pages. This may include writing posts and implementing social media advertising campaigns.
• Should be able to efficiently promote the brand, leading to increased revenue and overall success
• Do competitive analysis to determine the marketing approaches used by company’s competitors
• Plan and manage the Kabani Hotel Group annual hospitality forum
• Prepare appropriate reports, presentations, briefs and press materials as necessary
• Develop and maintain good relationships with relevant media contacts
• Create quality interactive/ reading materials regarding hospitality outlook to represent the company
• Create excellent contacts in the media to help spread the message and keep the brand in the public eye in a positive light

Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Constant Contact
• Experience with Acrobat and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
•  A portfolio of your best work is required with application and at interview time
• Digital/social media and web design experience
• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of work (especially in hospitality, real 
•        estate or luxury branding)
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, while paying attention to the finer details.
•  Strong communication and teamwork
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Graphic Design
• Be involved in all phases of print design from initial concept through completion of projects.
• Able to create professional hotel portfolios to offer our potential clients.  The candidate should be comfortable working solo, as well as be able to brainstorm to create designs for portfolios as required.  He or she should work efficiently in a deadline driven environment, is highly organized and strives for detailed, polished results every time.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets and files for easy access by team members.
• Experience in marketing or business marketing
• Excellent English writing skills
• A wide range of media contacts
• The ability to reach out to new contacts and maintain positive relationships with them
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools
• A motivated and outgoing personality

Important Note: This position requires a test assignment to be completed after the first interview. This would help us to assess the candidate’s creativity skills with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and assist us to understand the candidate’s ability to create stunning visuals across digital and print platforms.
