This position is located at 23739 Lake Drive Crestline, CA 92325 and is NOT remote.

Overview:
Through collaborative and cooperative efforts with the TM Camping Media & Marketing team, the Graphic Designer will deliver creative design support to the TM Camping family of brands cohesive with established branding and styling. These concepts will span both digital and tangible platforms, helping to enhance engagement and communication across various channels. This is an in-person, non-remote position from our Crestline, CA office.

Essential Functions:

1. Create high-quality designs for a range of platforms, including social media, print, web graphics, and merchandise.
2. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) to produce engaging visuals.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
4. Incorporate feedback from proofing and team members and make revisions.

Additional Functions:

1. Assist in developing concepts and select appropriate mediums to effectively communicate organizational objectives.
2. Assist Marketing and Media team in other non-strictly-design objectives.
3. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

1. Attention to Detail - Strong eye for design aesthetics, typography, layout, and branding consistency, while maintaining accuracy, proper spelling, and audience appropriateness.
2. Time Management & Organization - Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
3. Creativity - Ability to generate fresh, engaging, and visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and ministry goals.
4. Collaboration & Communication - Works well with inter and cross company teams, receiving and implementing feedback professionally.

Qualifications:

1. Godly, Christian character, integrity, and adaptability.
2. Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent related career work experience.
3. Design Experience and Portfolio. *Camp/non-profit experience a plus.
4. Agreement with TM Camping Mission, Vision, Values, Staff Handbook, and Doctrinal Statement.

Physical Requirements:

1. Abilities sufficient to carry out the essential functions of the job - to include leaning, bending over, stooping, reaching, pulling, pushing, squatting, lifting, carrying, holding, and moving heavy objects.
2. Able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time.
3. Must be able to lift, hold, carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
