Position Overview
The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy to elevate brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and fuel business growth. This role will lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with our strategic business goals. You will work to position US Sand & Gravel and US Rentals as a trusted leader in the industry, both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across digital, traditional, and social media channels to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.
2. Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications, maintaining a unified voice and message.
3. Campaign Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns designed to generate leads, increase customer acquisition, and improve engagement.
4. Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategies to maximize online visibility and conversion rates.
5. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to identify new opportunities, track industry trends, and analyze customer needs to guide decision-making.
6. Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI on all marketing efforts.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Development, and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business objectives.
8. Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
9. Employee Recognition: Collaborate with HR to promote employee recognition, including sharing milestones like birthdays and work anniversaries on social media platforms.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Marketing Director or in a senior marketing leadership role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
2. Expertise in digital marketing strategies, SEO/SEM, content creation, and data analytics.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.
4. Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with execution.
6. Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Preferred).
