As our Content Creator and Community Manager, you’ll be the heart of our growing community, guiding Dungeon Masters and amplifying their experience. Engage with game masters across community gathering places (Discord, Reddit), fostering camaraderie and sparking vibrant discussions. Craft Epic Tales: Forge and curate a dynamic mix of content, from relatable short and long-form videos and striking graphics to engaging blog narratives and social media updates (TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube) that celebrate the art of role-playing, inspiring our community of storytellers. Summon Gatherings: Organize virtual events like webinars, live-streamed map making/content creation, campaign showcases, and Q&A sessions to bring our community together and highlight the platform’s magic. Forge Growth: Develop clever strategies to grow our user base, using data and insights to turn newcomers into loyal adventurers. Build partnerships with D&D influencers, podcasters, and creators to expand our reach and reputation in the tabletop world. We’re looking for a candidate with the experience and passion to lead our community to greatness. A deep love for TTRPGs and a solid understanding of the Game Master’s; At least 3 years of proven experience as a Content Creator or Community Manager, ideally in gaming, tech, or creative communities. Excellent communication skills, with a knack for social media, digital engagement, and content creation. (Must have experience streaming and/or creating digital content for social media.)
