OVERVIEW Join our dynamic Client Services Department as an SEO Strategy Specialist, where you will play an essential role in driving the growth of our division. Collaborate with Sales to pitch innovative digital marketing services and leverage data-driven strategies for both existing and prospective clients. You will build strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing strategic guidance and ensuring exceptional delivery, resulting in tangible growth. Your hands-on experience in all facets of search engine optimization (SEO) will be crucial for the successful planning and execution of international SEO strategies across various industries, from B2B to B2C. Whether in short-term projects or ongoing engagements, you will enhance clients' online visibility and help them reach a broader international audience through effective organic search techniques. DESCRIPTION Collaborate closely with account management to expand international SEO and performance services for existing and potential clients through contributions to client pitches and strategic proposals. Mentor and support junior team members across client services and production departments. Lead comprehensive research and strategy initiatives, including audits, competitor analyses, keyword research, and content gap analyses, and confidently present findings and recommendations to senior colleagues and clients. Oversee the successful execution of multi-regional strategies through our global digital production teams, coordinating with client headquarters, local stakeholders, and agency partners as necessary. Manage performance monitoring and reporting for assigned accounts, collaborating with digital data analysts to establish monitoring dashboards and deliver insightful monthly performance reports accompanied by recommendations. Continuously evaluate and select top-tier tools and templates to support our SEO offerings, integrating them into existing workflows and processes. Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, technologies, and market leaders, sharing insights with colleagues and clients to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry. Complete additional tasks deemed appropriate by management. REQUIRED SKILLS Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and independent, with meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Able to thrive under pressure while meeting tight deadlines and ambitious goals. Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, engage effectively with diverse backgrounds and cultures, build relationships with clients and colleagues, work autonomously and within a team, and consistently deliver excellent service. Willingness to travel for offsite client or sales meetings. Confidence in making strategic recommendations and comfort in conducting client calls, meetings, and presentations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent. At least 4 years of experience in SEO. Experience in retail or travel industries on the client side, or agency experience with international clients. Proven ability to coordinate internal teams, provide feedback, and navigate difficult conversations with colleagues and clients. Proficient in conducting website audits, keyword research, and competitor analyses to formulate optimal strategic approaches for improving SEO effectiveness. Strong IT proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with industry tools such as SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Web Analytics platforms (Google Analytics and/or Omniture). DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Knowledge of a second language is an advantage. Familiarity with MS Project. Experience in digital copywriting and conversion optimization. Experience creating custom genAI assistants or agents tailored to SEO workflows and processes.
