About Us:
WNY Metro Roberts is a dynamic and growing real estate company dedicated to providing a top-tier experience for our 440+ agents and their clients, which includes marketing solutions for their personal branding and listed properties. We specialize in high-quality real estate photography, videography, Matterport 3D tours, and drone services to showcase properties in the best possible light. We are looking for an additional talented and motivated Photographer & Videographer to join our growing team and help us continue delivering outstanding visual content. This position will be for Monday through Friday with occasional evening or weekend work.
Job Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality real estate photos and videos, including interior, exterior, and aerial (drone) shots.
Utilize Matterport technology to create immersive 3D virtual tours.
Operate drones to capture aerial footage, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations.
Edit and enhance images and videos using professional software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro).
Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and marketing teams to produce compelling visual content.
Ensure all photos and videos meet brand standards and client expectations.
Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment.
Deliver edited content in a timely manner to meet listing deadlines.
Prepare agent and company videos for social media and television use.
Maintain and organize the backend scheduling software.
Provide agent training on marketing, technology, social media or any other relevant knowledge you possess.
Requirements:
Proven experience preferably in real estate photography and videography.
Proficiency in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, drones, and 3D Matterport cameras.
FAA Part 107 drone certification (or willingness to obtain).
Strong editing skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for composition.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
